Aaron Beverly - 4/21 Workshop

Aaron Beverly, 2016 World Championship of Public Speaking 2nd Place Winner

In 2016, Aaron competed against over 30,000 competitors across the globe in
the Toastmasters International Speech Contest. Performing the speech, that has
come to be known simply as the “57-Word Title” Speech, Aaron spoke about the
power of using a few words which earned him 2 nd place in what some have
declared one of the toughest World Championship of Public Speaking contests
ever.

Outside of Toastmasters, Aaron considers himself to be “one of the most
introverted people you can meet.” Public speaking was the last thing he ever
thought he’d do, much less become proficient in. However, with hard work and
great mentors, Aaron has learned to balance his innate introversion with flashes
of extroversion.

Aaron is the founder of Speak and Be You, a communications and public
speaking initiative dedicated to helping individuals find their own voice to
enhance their careers and personal lives.
